# NYVRA

NYVRA is a patient-facing mobile app. Its tagline is "Your health has a history. Now you can see it." It helps people bring reports, symptoms, and medications together so they can understand their health journey over time, with a focus on metabolic health, including thyroid, PCOS, insulin resistance, weight and energy.

## Core Workflows

- Tell NYVRA: type or speak what happened. NYVRA sorts it into a draft entry that is saved only after the user confirms or edits it.
- Add labs: PDF, photo, or screenshot, with every extracted value reviewed by the user.
- Log symptoms: severity, timing, and impact.
- Track medication: start, stop, dose, and adherence.
- Timeline: one dated timeline of what the user has added, in the order it happened.
- What changed: compare information across different dates.
- Ask: questions answered from the records the user has saved.
- Prepare: export a clinician brief to bring to a conversation with a healthcare professional.

## Privacy Model

- Records are stored on the device first, in encrypted account-scoped storage.
- Cloud features are optional and controlled by the user.
- Health Connect import is available on Android.
- Account and data deletion is available in the app and at https://nyvra.life/legal/delete-account.
